Under the university-wide Faculty Development policies for 2021, our university's Center for Liberal Arts conducted original workshops three times during the 2021-22 academic year. Five teachers gave presentations about what they did in the classroom to nurture learners' autonomous learning attitudes. The topics covered how to raise learners' motivation, practical ways to set up assignments, and how to increase students' ownership in … learning. In each workshop, articipants exchanged opinions on what teachers can or should do to facilitate learners' autonomy, and this provided the participants with new insights toward teaching. 続きを見る
